Board-Certified Lactation Consultant | Registered Nurse | Infant & Family Advocate
Hello, I’m Trista! I’m a board-certified lactation consultant (IBCLC) with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Sam Houston State University, and over six years of hands-on experience as a registered nurse.
My nursing background spans a wide range of specialties including mother/baby care, pediatrics, and antepartum (high-risk pregnancy)—giving me a well-rounded, compassionate understanding of the many paths families take into parenthood.
Becoming an IBCLC was a natural extension of my love for supporting families during the most tender and transformative moments of their lives. I understand that feeding your baby—whether by breast, bottle, or both—is deeply personal. My mission is to provide gentle, evidence-based care that meets your goals, honors your experience, and supports your bond with your baby.
Whether you’re navigating latching difficulties, supply concerns, pumping routines, or simply need someone to reassure you—you’re not alone. I'm here to walk with you, one feeding at a time.
